It was nutritious and really healthy for kids.I personally think that adults could even try it especially if they suffer from body disorder and deficiency and it was really better from gummmy bears or something brand which also sell gummmies.Actually my kids were eager to eat it and willed when the next friday will come for them to relish the appealing taste!
