These really work.. I played basketball last summer and my knees took a toll from this adventure.. I could barely walk because I was in pain. I started taking these in higher doses started from 2 a day now im up to 4 and Im really seeing the improvement. Can walk faster, no pain, can go up and down the stairs with no issue. Many years ago I had significant knee pain. I can certainly understand why I did, but it was getting worse. I first saw these at Walmart and picked them up to try. I stuck with them and to be honest, I think in the first couple of months I didn’t think they really did anything, but I had bought a two pack, so 220 days covered, it was when I was coming to the end of the second bottle that I realized, somewhere along the line the pain had resolved, I think it was gradual, but it actually did work and worked well. I continue to take them to this day, and all I have gotten is older, and heavier, but guess what, literally my knee pain hasn’t returned. The pain I had felt like the bones rubbing on each other, it was terrible, and I haven’t had that again for 5 years. My advice, give them the time, just take them, give them time, they get there and are effective.

All I can say is, if I dont take this supplement every day, my bones get creaky and painful. Especially my shoulders and knees. It seems a subtle change until you leave home without if for a week, them you’ll notice! At least for me, it’s an awesome product!

Very few are 1 pill a day dosage. My mother says they work as well as the much more expensive ones. I always try to buy these when on sale. Also small pill size is easier for her.

Make sure you get the Kirkland brand! The look alike brands, don’t work like Kirkland!
I used to get my knee drained every few months! Then I found Kirkland and swelling is down and fluid build up ha stopped. If I go without it a few days! I can notice the stiffness returning.
