After our pediatrician gave us the ok to start gummy vitamins, of course i turned to my favorite from childhood, Flintstones. My son loves the flavor, and looks forward to his nightly gummy. Keep in mind, even though they are gummy, they are a pretty firm texture and could be hard to chew for littles. I always watch him eat it to make sure he chews it up and doesn’t choke.

Kids love them, the vitamin content is good enough. I’m not sure if they are easy to swallow because they are meant to be chewed. Makes you feel good that the kids like to take the vitamins.
