- FIND THE STRENGTH TO HEAL! The Copper Compression Next Generation Posture Corrector gently and naturally retrains your upper back muscles while encouraging proper spinal positioning. Your shoulders and back will begin to strengthen all on their own. It supports you after surgery, and works with physical therapy for injury rehabilitation. Perfect for slumping shoulders, hunching, neck & back pain, upper back issues, tendonitis, stiff or sore muscles, tendons & joints, and more!
- EASY TO TAKE ON AND OFF BY YOURSELF. Putting on and adjusting this figure-8 upper back brace is simple to do without assistance. For the first few days, limit yourself to wearing the support harness for an hour at a time. Expect some soreness as your muscles and ligaments re-learn correct positioning. Once you’ve gotten used to it, you can wear it under and over your t-shirt, under jackets and coats, sitting at your desk, at the gym, commuting to work, and even relaxing at home.
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – PLEASE USE THE SIZING GUIDE – Connect the straps to make a loose fitting figure 8 and slip your arms through the loops as if putting on a backpack. Position the crossover point at the middle of your upper back, just below the shoulder blades. Tighten the straps until they feel snug, gently pulling your shoulders back without restricting movement. Secure the straps. Begin by wearing the corrector for short periods, gradually increasing the duration as your posture improves.
- COPPER INFUSED FIBERS. The copper infused fabric is designed to wick away sweat, keeping your skin dry and cool. The infusion also means the copper won’t just wash away and will continue to function for the life of the product. Copper also encourages a gentle warmth that will help loosen up muscles, encourage relaxation and ease pain, soreness and tension.
- FIT, PERFORMANCE, & QUALITY. Please closely follow the sizing guide to make sure this product will fit you comfortably. If the performance of this product is not effective, hard to use, of inferior quality or constructions, or if you are feeling pain or discomfort, please discontinue use of the product immediately. This posture product it looks really good but it’s just too small for me so I want to return it and get a L/XL

Did not work for me. But well made.

Because of some problems with my left rotator cuff and upper back I was looking for something that would help me keep my posture up while I’m at the computer. I have a hard time remembering to hold my posture, so I thought this would be a good way to either hold me in place or, at least, remind me to pull my posture straight. This is comfortable and works beautifully, forcing me to keep my posture up. I don’t have to think about it at all and my posture is perfect. I only just got it, so I don’t know if it will actually train me to keep my posture up when I’m not wearing it, but I’m perfectly happy just wearing it while I work if not.
The one, tiny thing that I’ll mention is that, because of the rotator cuff issue, I couldn’t adjust that side with it on the way it shows in the instructions. I ended up adjusting it off of me, putting the left side on first since that’s the shoulder that doesn’t rotate properly and ends up hurting, and then pulling it up on the right side. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it adjusted to the right fit, but once I did it is fantastic. I just don’t undo the straps and it stays right where it should be. Since this isn’t a problem for most people and it doesn’t affect how well it is working, I didn’t take any stars off. If you have shoulder problems, though, keep in mind that you might have to fit it by trial and error or have someone give you a hand.

I have severe scoliosis and don’t have insurance for treatment. I have been suffering with extreme pain from knots and tension in my right shoulder from the separation of my scapula due to the curve in my upper spine.
This brace is the answer I wish had ten years ago. It keeps my shoulders back, and my scapula pressed against my rib cage, relieving so much of the tension. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are someone with similar circumstances.

I didn’t realize how bad my posture had gotten until my kid drew a picture of me… hunched over like a little gremlin at the computer. That was my wake-up call. I bought this posture corrector thinking it would probably end up in the “random Amazon purchases” drawer, but it turned out to be a game changer.
The first time I put it on, I could actually feel my shoulders pulling back and my chest opening up. At first it felt strange—like my body was arguing with me—but after a few days my muscles started remembering how to stand tall without it. I wear it for a couple hours at a time while working, and it’s been enough to break years of bad habits.
Here’s the kicker: people started noticing. A coworker asked if I’d gotten taller. My spouse said I looked more confident. Even my neck pain has eased up. All that from a lightweight brace that disappears under a t-shirt.
If you’re tired of slumping and secretly auditioning for the role of Quasimodo, this thing is worth every penny.

Pulls your shoulders back, pressure and cuts off the underarm but doesn’t do anything to support or straighten the spine.

My husband tried, with and without my assistance in every way possible to make this thing work. While it has potential to assist in posture, the consistent under arm digging, pinching and and overall discomfort, made it impossible to wear. He tried so hard because he really needed it to work and was so hopeful, but ultimately found it to be an utter disappointment. So, I will continue the search for something that works as advertised but doesn’t dig into his underarms so badly that it can’t be worn longer than 4 – 6 hours. Sigh 😔

When it’s in place this helps. My PT showed me that it needs to stay down at the level of the t-spine in the back, not up at the c-spine. Well, I put it on at the correct level, but it *always* slides up, so it’s very rarely in place. I was excited about this one because it looked like it could withstand water. I was looking for something that would help keep my shoulder in place in general and while swimming, but since it doesn’t stay in place it doesn’t do the job of keeping my shoulders back (my daughter tried it to), so it doesn’t keep my shoulder in. It causes both of us more pain. We’re very different body types and this was the case for both of us.

I found after just wearing it a short time (like three times) the pain between my shoulder blades is relieved and I feel more comfortable. I would wear this more often, however, the bulk underneath my armpits is not comfortable…. initially, I didn’t think it would bother me that much, but it is starting to bother me.. I don’t know if it’s possible to make the straps a little thinner and still have the same effect
