What a yummy way to get your calcium! The Caltrate gummies are a delicious source of calcium with vitamin D. It is very convenient to order the large bottles (which aren’t always in stock where I live).

These taste like candy. Some of the reviews say they received expired or close-to expired lots. The bottles I have ordered so far have not been close to the expiry date (current bottle is 01/27). Some also complained that they have too much sugar. Well these are not presented as sugar-free, yes they have sugar, and 15 calories each (I take between 2 and 4 per day). I don’t think those extra 30-60 calories are going to kill me. Also there are sugar-free options out there if that is what you’re looking for. These are delicious, and give me the calcium (and Vit D) I need which I would never get from food alone. I should have been taking these all along. Wish I had been.

I used this product for years and switched to a natures truth brand because this band of gummies are sugar coated although they don’t taste too sweet. Due to being a cancer survivor & having to have bloodwork done every 6 months; while taking this product I never had issue of low calcium or vitamin D however with the other brand my levels weren’t as good.
