I have been using this product for about a year now for joint health. Mostly to strengthen my knees. This works. I am 63 and very active. I work out and play pickleball three times a week. When you start this product, don’t expect immediate improvement.
It takes at least 3 months to notice the changes in your joint health. I also take powdered collagen in the morning, and I reduced this product to one tablet a day in the late afternoon.
This product works for me, and it’s an aid to help me stay active.
