Would be great but has no cuts on paper side making it soooo difficult to apply. WHEN one gets it right it’s great, but go through many to get it right. I live in Kenya so difficult actually impossible to return. The ankle one is worse

After the first three applications not sticking very long, I was very mad. In addition to all the knee supports, stretchy bands and creams I bought, I also bought these too. BUT, a miracle happened! On day 4 of my new purchase and determined to find a different option to knee sleeves of various fabrics that all feel bad, to me, I applied the tape to my right knee where the small tear and pain is, on the outer side of the knee. It stuck all day and longer! I applied the tape, taught, ,to dry skin. WOW, it felt so great right away, from the minute I stood up and moved I could tell it offered solid support – I did not have to wear any other knee brace or clunky support again! I walked, gardened, knee in the dirt, jumped in and out of the pool for hours After two days of activity doing my normal projects, having fun, I realized holy cow, this tape helped me so much, I had returned to the things I enjoyed, forgot all about my knee issue and started living again, how nice. I wore the tape religiously for 10 days, as recomended all day every day, during daily exercise routines, swimming or cooking ect, all things I needed to do but could not do, without the tape, imagine that. Once I got used to relying on athletic tape, I no longer wear any knee support. My tear date was March 14th. I do on occasion have a slightly achy day but this tape, was what started me on a big turning point away from knee assistance to none. I do have a level I now know I have to listen to or I see I can go backwards. Some injuries require constant micromovement since it may not get enough circulation, that is when tape can help continue motion. I did not get this years ago, Im not sure why but I see I was way too stubborn and threw my tape away, don’t give up on motion till you try every single option.

The precut KT tape is wonderful. It’s so easy to apply. The tape helps with knee pain. Being a professional dancer, retired, it’s allowing me to enjoy life a little more. The tape is a great value for the money. Make sure you skin is clean and dry.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I liked that they were precut ready to use on a knee

I have purchased these over six times. They are perfect for chronic knee issues from MCL tear three years ago. No need to wear a brace when I play pickleball. They are super effective!!
People complain about the stickiness. Here are some tips. Do not apply lotion and then try to apply them within about three hours of the lotion. Your skin must be absolutely dry. I wait an hour after a shower to put them on.
One tip: I trim the strip across the bottom in the same shape as it is upon shipping. I trim it starting just past where the pieces that go up start. I find the lower piece sticks better on me with a shorter length there. I have stocky legs.
I also bend my leg to apply the long strips. I start with the strip on the side of my old tear. I pull it up at about 60% of its stretch. I cross over the midline of my leg so there is a good ‘lift’ across my painful area. I then repeat on the other side crossing over the other strip at the midline to anchor it down well. I then use the thicker paper backing to rub over all areas creating heat and friction to activate the tape.
I wear them in the shower and can get four days of wear. While the edges may start to curl they are in no threat of coming off. If the curl is bad, I just trim it with my scissors while it is still on my leg.
These strips are life changers for me and my pickleball game. I am a 70 year old female. I play 5-6 times per week without pain. They are priced well, so comfortable I don’t even know I have them on! I buy the flesh color and it is hard to see in my legs not giving the look of an old lady with bad knees!!
