Works well for melatonin. The gummy size was good and it wasn’t sticky but most of my kids did not like the flavor which is why I ranked it 4 out of 5 stars.

My daughter has a hard time falling asleep on her own, she’s wild and restless & I’ve never met another child with the level of energy she has at night. I tried countless methods of getting her to bed at a normal hour, so many different bed time routines failed. Even after playing hard all day she’d be up until 3 am most nights and only sleep about 4 hours before she’d be up again for the day. Sometimes even waking up multiple times, and tossing and turning. It was making every day so difficult for her!
We tried multiple different brands, most would make her over tired and she’d remain awake in a terrible mood. & the ones that were half way decent were hard gummies & not easy to chew, had weird powdery residue or just tasted horrible.
This is the perfect mg, a great flavor & they’re soft and easy to chew. I give her one at bedtime, about 20-30 minutes after she’s very relaxed and asking to go to her bed. She falls asleep peacefully & sleeps great through the entire night. I like that it doesn’t “knock her out” but just calms her so she can go to sleep on her own.
The packaged bottle came with an outside seal around the cover and an additional seal under the lid, love that!
I wish the sold these in a larger quantity but aside from that I am pleased!

They taste great and it is the perfect dosage for us. And this may sound weird but this is the only melatonin that we have tried that doesn’t make me have strange dreams or extra grogginess in the morning.

These are the best ones I’ve found thus far! Unlike most ppl I know who struggle to get their kids to take melatonin my kids beg for this 😆 I guess they really love how they taste! . I say for sure with my 3 yr old I give him one and I have a solid 15 mins before he needs to be in bed or he turns into the crankiest lil guy ever! He sleeps through the night no issue but he really isn’t a problem even without it, just sometimes he needs help getting there and this does it. They work really quick and very well!!!!

My son (Almost 6) has always been a night owl. I’ve tried many different children’s melatonin from Amazon/in stores and could never find one that worked well for us. I knew school would be starting soon and really needed to get his bedtime routine set so that he had enough sleep for a full day of kindergarten.
These have worked great for us. They’re not coated in a bunch of sugar and my son says the flavor is good. I’ve tried it myself it is peachy, but not too sweet and there’s definitely a slight herbal taste to it but not strong. Texture is like a soft/springy gummy bear. After trying it myself it gave me a sense of calmness and basically lulls me to sleep. I think the slightly higher dosage of melatonin .5mg more than the usual 1mg and the herbal blend make a huge difference. Most of the children’s melatonin we’ve tried has always had 1mg or less and no herbs.
The key is to keep a bedtime routine in combination with the melatonin. I give it to my son about 30 min to an hour before bedtime after a bath then it’s brush teeth, pajamas, lights down, and quiet time in bed. Always within 30 min to an hour and a half at most he’s sleeping. I plan to eventually have him off of the melatonin, but for now it works for us because I would rather him settle into a routine and be well rested vs. not have enough sleep and fight to be awake.
I am grateful for these as it has been a great help with getting my son’s sleep routine in order before school started and in general.
