   Do not buy! The website description ingredient list does not match the actual product. I took a long time to research similar products and settled on this one based on the ingredients the company claims. When we tried it, I was surprised my kids didn’t like it and said it was too sweet. I looked at the ingredient list on the packaging and I was surprised to see the ingredient did not match what I thought I had purchased. The first ingredient on the actual product was “maltodextrin” a highly processed charbohydrate used as a sweetener and thickening agent. Studies have shown Maltodextrin can increase intestinal inflammation and affect gut health. Other studies have also demonstrated that Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index meaning it can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. Do not feed your kids this. Very disappointing. I was trying to increase my child’s protein intake, this is not the right choice and will be throwing it out.

I’ve tried a few other kids’ shakes before, but they either tasted chalky, had a weird aftertaste, or didn’t mix well. This one blends smoothly in milk or even water, and there are zero clumps.
