My daughter was so excited for this, her friend has one and she was happy to have her very own. I assembled it and for the most part assembly was straight forward but when I got to the end the screws that secure the top bar to the frame just wouldn’t line up. No amount of pushing, twisting, shoving made them go in. This was a huge disappointment. I will say it folds up easily, it is lightweight and sturdy.
I don’t love the mechanism they chose for changing the bar height. Since there are just recessions in the adjustable parts it is challenging to line up and I have to wear an oven mitt to tighten it down securely. Once tightened it stays in place but we learned the hard way that it has to be really tight.

My daughter loves this. She is little but in gymnastics and she loves to hang and swing on this bar. It’s very sturdy and well made. It’s easy to set up, and I love that it folds away when not in use. Exactly what I was looking for.

This Qaba Folding Gymnastics Bar is great for kids and for pet grooming.
This bar is designed for kids to do gymnastic type moves at home. It’s super easy to assemble and extremely stable. I was so surprised at how stable it is once assembled! There is nothing cheap or wobbly about this. You can adjust the height of the bar for growing children – from 34 3/4″ to 50 1/2″. The manufacturer says it’s suitable for children ages 3-8 years and has a weight capacity of 110lbs. Even better, it easily folds for storage when not in use.
Although I do have young children who visit and play on this, I got it primarily to help me trim my cranky Chihuahua’s nails. I put him in a pet hammock like this https://www.amazon.com/PESTON-Grooming-Clippers-Trimmers-Scissors/dp/B0B8Y71QTR/ and suspend him from this bar. Then I sit on a stool and trim his nails. Because he’s hanging in the air, he cannot get traction so I can get the job done. For me, this bar is a less expensive option than a grooming table with a bar and it does double duty for small children who visit.

My kids loved receiving this for Christmas. I use this with a pink tumbling mat underneath, and it has been working well. Overall, it’s pretty stable and easy to use. It can support all 3 of my kids hanging on it at one time, as long as the side screws are securely tightened in the right spot – it says it holds 110 lbs, so my 3 kids add up to just that much. It was easy to assemble and it collapses and reopens easily. My main complaint is that it can be difficult to adjust the height to the exact spot. Rather than having through holes that the screw can lock into, it just has some depressions on the bar at various increments for you to press the screw tightly against. This seems to work well for keeping the bar in place, as long as you are accurately hitting on the right indentation. It can be tricky to find that indentation because it is hidden inside the tube.. so you kind of have to slowly try to tighten the screw as you slide the bar to see where it gives and were it stops. Also, to get it really tight to make me comfortable, it is very difficult to unscrew without hurting your hands. SO I have to use gloves to loosen it.
Overall, it’s a good bar for the price and one of the cheaper options that I’ve seen. I recently redid the playroom, and it’s great that we have room for this to play with but that it can also collapse and rest behind their dress clothes rack without taking up too much space. And then they have to clean the playroom floor before they’re I will get the bar out to let them play with it again.. and so far they have been asking to play with it a lot.

my daughter is obsessed with this thing, great for kids who want to practice their gymnastic skills, its pretty sturdy i would advise having a soft mat underneath just in case a fall happens. Very easy to put together

My perpetual energy six-year-old daughter loves this gymnastics bar. She spends multiple nights in the gymnastics studio already but is always ready to play on this when she gets home. This bar is so sturdy. I had my reservations but watching her use this bar and use it hard, reassured me that this bar is stable and not going anywhere.
Assembly was easy and only took about 20 minutes. I love that it can fold up for easy storage. The height of the bar is easily adjustable as well which makes moving it up and down for different kids or exercises smooth.

This is great for my kids. They love tumbling and doing flips and this is a perfect way for them to get out some of that energy. It was easy to assemble, took my husband about 20 min. I was worried it was sturdy but after watching the kids playing on it, it is super solid and holds up well to all three kids climbing the sides of it to get up to the bar. Overall it is excellent.
