- 【Installation Prerequisites】To leave sufficient space for installing the training wheel brackets, please ensure that the visible length of the studs on both sides of your bicycle’s rear wheel is at least 0.4 inches.
- 【How to Determine the Size of a Bicycle】1.Confirm the size using your online shopping records. 2.If there is a marking like “Tire Diameter” × “Tire Width” on the bicycle tire, the tire diameter corresponds to the bicycle’s size. 3.If no such marking exists on the tire, you will need to measure the tire diameter to determine the bicycle’s size. Please select training wheels that are 12 inches to 20 inches in size, based on your bicycle’s model.
- 【Double Bearing and Larger Washer】After optimization, the double high carbon steel bearing of our training wheel has been tested to be silent and smooth, with longer wheel life. In addition, we have specially enlarged the washer so that it can cover the whole bearing nicely. So even after your kid has ridden for a while, you don’t have to worry about the sudden drop of the bearing, which may cause your child’s sudden falling to ground. Ride safely and grow up freely
- 【Thicker Bracket, Stronger and More Durable】Have you ever encountered a deformed or even broken bracket of a training wheel that caused your child to fall badly? Please don’t worry. With that in mind, we designed a heavy duty training wheel with bracket at 0.12 thickness that is 20% thicker than regular one, which exerts a stronger support capacity. Thus, it’s not easily deformed or broken. Your kid will be safer with confidence while luxuriating in learning to ride a bike
- 【Easy Installation】As shown in the video, equipped with 2 wrenches, the installation can be easily completed. The locking brace is of an assistant for securing the bracket and bicycle. Couldn’t be more simple! Meanwhile, we recommend the training wheel for boy and girl should be about 0.5 inch away from the ground when the bike is standing upright, which can benefit your kid’s sense of balance in riding. If you have any issue, please feel free to let us know. We’ll do our best to help you.
- 【Wheels Light Up】The light will light up in the dark. Children definitely love the lights that can give them a beautiful world of children. You will see the smiles and the joy on the children’s faces
- 【Best Gifts for Kids】This training wheels are very popular with boys and girls, that is one of the good gifts that will continue to bring joy to kids. If you want to express your love for them choose it!

Much better than the training wheels that came with his bike. They haven’t malfunctioned and my grandson loves the lights.
BC –
3 stars because they are really pretty and very quiet. Unfortunately they lasted one turn on the bike and the metal bent.
Samy –
Didn’t work for us, totally user error and didn’t read the instructions before purchase and it ended up being to small.
The wheels itself and bolts were sturdy and very well made

These light-up training wheels are a total hit with my kid! Installation was super easy — took about 15 minutes with basic tools. The wheels feel sturdy and safe, and the lights are so cool! They light up as the bike moves, which not only looks amazing but also helps with visibility when it starts getting dark.
My 5-year-old is obsessed and actually wants to go out riding more often now. It’s a great way to add a bit of fun and safety to the learning-to-ride process. Definitely recommend for any little cyclist!
Julie Rickelman –
Perfect for my daughters bike that didn’t have the trainer wheels .. they are universal so will fit most of the bikes described

**EDITED TO ADD: the seller reached out to remedy the situation. When I let them know the bike and training wheels had unfortunately been run over by a truck and destroyed, they sent a full refund! It shows such compassion. We were able to make the wheels work by simply filing the tab part that fits into the fork by the wheels fyi.**
The product itself is nice, sturdy, and great wheels….BUT beware that the supplied mounting may need to be modified or will not fit! The 2 little metal tab pieces that fit in between the wheel mount and the bike to keep the training wheel from rotating did not fit our bike.

I am returning these immediately. I attached them per instructions to my son’s Trek bike. They worked fine ****IF***** he did nothing but ride in a straight line, but as soon as he tried to turn (thus putting more weight / force on them), they folded back and the bike tipped. I tightened the bolt on the wheel axle as tight as possible, but it was no use. Sliding still happened.
I went into my local bike shop to see if they had any insights — the bike technician said that the design is poor. High quality training wheels have brace / stabilizer arms that rests against the bike frame itself to prevent the issue I described above. I purchased such a set and it works like a charm (see second pic). The plain steel design is less attractive — but it WORKS. He can now turn a corner without the bike tipping over.
My recommendation to other customers is not to buy the PRUNUS set. The set I ultimately purchased is made by Wald (in business since 1905 …. they know what they are doing!). My recommendation to the folks at PRUNUS is to modify this set to include brace / stabilizer arms!

“I bought these for my child’s 18 inch bike because the original wheels were worn out.
The Good: These are definitely heavy-duty. The brackets are thicker than the ones that came with the bike, and I don’t worry about them snapping or warping. Installation was surprisingly easy—it took me about 10 minutes with the included tools, and the instructions were clear enough to follow without a headache.
The Bad: My only real disappointment is the ‘Flash’ feature. My kid was excited for bright, glowing wheels, but they’re actually pretty dim. You have to be moving at a decent speed to get them to light up, and even then, the colors aren’t very vibrant. They look more like a faint glow than a light show.
Verdict: Great if you want a stable, safe set of training wheels that won’t break. Just don’t buy them solely for the light-up effect.”
