Tried chicken cartilage collagen pills in the past and now this product; both products 6 times testing them in 5 years made my neck, back, many joints stiff, soar and caused tight, soar muscles. Neck pain, stiff. I had to stop using the pills-formulas and go back to natural ways to keep the joints, bones healthy;
make my own chicken or turkey soup with all the bones, fat, meat and cartilage in it. Many vegetables… I eat the cartilage and soup. This is like bone broth. But is natural; the perfect amount, balance of ingredients.
I also take Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to dissolve deposits on my old joints, bones and in blood vessels. I get a bit of joint pain when I drink ‘too much’ but not bad, and it quickly goes away. I feel this is a temporary result of joints growing. I then cut down my dose of vinegar a bit and go back to full amount later. It works.
Maybe the pain, stiffness from the joint pills is a result of joints growing and the dose is too high? Might consider taking a 1/4th pill instead. But probably will not because the soup and vinegar has been the best help over the years. And losing weight. Age 65 and lot of past injuries.
I appreciate the list of ingredients; helps to learn how to find them in food.

I was having horrible knee pain. X-rays showed nothing wrong but I think it’s just age related lady stuff… started taking these plus some physical therapy and my knees feel the best they have in 20 years. Pretty wild. I’m playing tennis and running up and down my stairs like I’m 30 again. Haha (I’m not close to 30 anymore) my only gripe is how huge the pills are. Take one at a time!

I take this every day for joint pain, and it works! The only thing that has worked for my neck (herniated discs) pain, back pain and knee pain.
