I received my new headache chil cap and opened it immediately to get it cool in the refrigerator left it in for about 3 hrs and it cooled my head off nicely. It is very soft and easy to lay your head back and rest. It would be great on the back of my neck when the hot 🔥 fash comes on.

My daughter suffers from ocular migraines. I bought this to see if it would offer any relief. She recently used it for the first time and feel asleep while wearing it! The instructions state to put in the freezer for 2 hours before use, but it’s hard to know when you’re going to get a migraine so she just keeps it in the fridge. Still seems to last pretty well. Definitely blocks out all light and stayed cool for her nap. Glad we found something to help her.

I like it! Threw it in the freezer right when I got it. Got ice cold within 1 hour! The material is nice, considering it is going on your head and face. I suffer from daily headaches and migraines at least once a week! I am unable to tell this early, how well it works for relieving headache pain, but time will tell! I can only have it on my head for about a minute at a time before the cold becomes to unbearable for me. Hope that means its working! I take it off for about 30 seconds and then put back on. I am giving it 5 stars because the item was sent to me quickly, and is just as described. I really hope it works for my headaches!
