I feel like it provides energy, the pills are small. I’m not in a bad mood after I take these. The dosage is high so I only take it in the mornings on weekdays. Probably will repurchase tbh, Vitamin D is good for ya

I have been taking these for a while to see if they would make a difference and wow! I went to the doctor the other day and she said my vitamin D was excellent. The pills are super little so easy to swallow and no bad after taste. I haven’t noticed a big difference between in my sleep or skin but my nails are stronger than ever.

Love this product! I am vitamin d deficient and have to take 5,000 iu of vitamin d3 daily. After years of using it I felt like I wasn’t feeling the full benefits of the vitamin d3 on its own. After researching I found vitamin k2 or magnesium helps with vitamin d absorption. So I took to amazon in the hopes of finding a supplement that met my needs at an affordable price because let’s be honest it gets expensive! That’s when I stumbled across mircoingriedents and found they sell larger quantities of what I need for the same price as a 3 month supply from other companies. Now you have my attention. So I ordered.

Love the packaging! The zip lock bag is easy to get into and great for storage. It would be easy to transfer them to another container if you wish for storage as well.
The supplement itself is a small clear gel capsule that’s easy to swallow.
I have been taking it for almost a month now and I love it! The vitamin k2 is definitely helping with my vitamin d3 absorption! I won’t knock my previous brand it’s a great brand but I love that micro ingredients is cost friendly and great quality! I plan to try and switch as many of my supplements as I can over to micro ingredients. I love that I get more for my money!

These are excellent with 0 fillers, high, effective dosage, great quality and a generous amount of 180 soft gels!! Grest price, I have taken whole package over last couple of months and well impressed! Especially in the winter I don’t get enough sun for the Vitamin D3 hormone, so these are essential for me!! The K2 included, works synergistically with the D3!! Love these!!

Small, easy to swallow, just the right dosage for me. The only thing is, they may discolor in high heat and great. We keep our house around 81° in the summer so I keep them in the refrigerator.
