This small toilet seat with ladder is super convenient. The way it fits on the toilet and then has the ladder on the floor is very stable and doesn’t slip around. It’s more compact than a lot of similar ones I looked at and the assembly is really easy. It folds up easily to tuck in the corner when we aren’t using it.
My toddler thinks the steps are really cool, although sometimes he tries to climb down before he’s done.
Be aware that on some toilets it fits well with the regular toilet seat down, but on others it fits better with the toilet seat flipped up out of the way. It isn’t the most convenient for carrying to visit other houses, so I got one that doesn’t have a ladder for going to Grandma’s house, but this is great at home when you don’t have to move it around very far.
When I received mine the box had just been dropped in a shipping bag and sent that way, and the box was pretty banged up. As a result, one corner of the seat was slightly cracked, but it doesn’t affect the usability of the potty seat and we’ve been using it for several months now without the crack getting any worse, so it hasn’t been an issue. And that’s a problem from the shipping, not the product.

Assembly: This took me a minute to figure out. At first it seems like the legs don’t fit into the base, but you just have to smack them hard to get them in there. You also have to lift the toilet seat for this to fit, unlike some other kids seats. The instructions for how to put it together were pretty clear, with those to caveats.
The good: My 2yo was very excited about it and my 4yo likes it too. They have to turn around backwards and climp up backwards to use the potty because the steps are not wide enough for them to turn around, but the handles are very helpful for that and they’ve made it work. The high lip is good for small boys who sit, and in the future the steps are wide enough, tall enough for a boy to learn to pee standing. It’s easy enough to take it off and set aside for adults to use the toilet, and the 4yo can put it back easily if we forget. It’s easy to clean with a wipe down, which is nice. It also comes woth a potty chart to remind your kids to wipe, flish, and wash their hands, plus a hanger for the chart, which is a nice touch.
The not great: It says it’s adjustable height, but the only thing you can adjust is two options for the height of the middle step. The svrews loosen as the kids use it, and I am constantly having to re-tighten the screws for the middle step amd the main seat. This is the most annoying thing about it, but mine did come with an extra screw. This can be a potential safety issue if you’re not diligent about checkimg the screws daily. The plastic is also hard, and does not curved where your child sits like in the CGI’d photos of this product in the listing. My kids end up with a red ring around their bums if they sit there for a while, but I’ve noticed that with other potty chairs as well.

I have two different styles of this potty seat/stool, and both work pretty well. The step and handles give my toddler confidence, and the seat itself is sturdy. I mainly got it to save space, and it definitely helps compared to a separate potty chair.
Assembly was straightforward, and it fits securely on the toilet. The only small downside is that it can shift slightly if not positioned just right, but overall, it’s been a great tool for potty training!
Would recommend if you need a space-saving option.

Purchased this for our grandson to start potty training. All other cute potty’s were not getting him to go. So we figured a plain good old fashioned way would work. So far it’s better. Sturdy and easy to use.

We are getting ready to potty train our little guy and were wanting to train him on the regular toilet as opposed to a little potty chair that you need to empty and clean every time it’s used. This is a very nice potty Ladder for your existing toilet. It was easy to put together and I love how it folds up and can be stored next to the toilet after every use. This potty ladder fit nice and secure on top of our toilet. We tried it on an extra tall toilet (see first four pictures) and a regular height toilet (see picture with our little guy trying it out). I will say that the bottom of the ladder is a little wobbly on the extra tall toilet. To make the ladder more secure you could add a bathroom rug under it and create more stability. It fits perfectly on an older toilet though. I will always emphasize that you should accompany your child to the potty when they are just learning to use the toilet and are using this ladder. There is nothing for them to really hold onto when they are climbing up the steps. Once they get older I don’t see this as being a problem. I also like that the actual “ring” has a shield/raised area for the little boys in our lives who will be sitting and using the potty until they are old enough to stand. This potty ladder is made from heavy duty plastic and will have a long life (think passing it along to siblings and other family members who need it.) Just a final FYI, you cannot close the toilet lid when this ladder is being used. Overall I am happy with this potty ladder and would definitely recommend.

I saw this at our friends house and decided to buy one because my 3yrs kept on climbing it up and down and loved the idea of “being adult” – it’s so easy for them to climb and being independent at those potty training days. Absolutely love this and recommend buying this even before you start the potty training just for them to get the idea of this!
