I’m a full-figured person with bad knees that can use every measure of pain relief I can find. I have mixed feelings about this device. The FSA knee massager is cordless and comes with a USB charging cord; I get at least 3 to 4 25-minute sessions from each charge. The vibration patterns are varied, predictable after a few uses, and feel great on my knees. The three heat levels are easily changed to maintain a comfortable degree of warmth. There are two lights, laser and infrared, but the instruction booklet offers no guidance on the difference or their purposes. My biggest complaint about this item is that the velcro on the straps covers a small area, making it impossible to attach the straps (which are otherwise long enough) around my fuller legs. Since I have to hold the bulky massager in place during use, it’s awkward and somewhat annoying to use for 25 minutes at a time. There is noise caused by the vibration mode, but nothing too obtrusive. Overall, I like the massager and will use it occasionally; however, awkward placement and limited purpose make it less than a necessity for my health needs.

I use it after working a long shift on my feet and my knees are sore. The heat helps some and I just turn that feature off when gets too 🔥. I do wish the straps were a little longer though.
