i haven’t quite yet noticed any difference in sleep quality.. but it does give me, as a mom, peace of mind to know my little angel is getting the vitamins and nutrients he needs supplementing.
It also tastes really good and my toddler likes it as a little sweet treat at the end of the day.

Other reviewers are correct, it’s thick. My kids never made a big deal about it, we went in with no texture expectations. The flavor is fine, tastes like peaches and cream to us! I can’t say if it helps my 5 year old sleep because he sleeps like a brick anyway but I’m glad he’s getting the essential nutrients.

The Kids Liquid Nighttime Multimineral is easy to give since the liquid form is much better than gummies or tablets for my child. The flavor is mild and my kid doesn’t mind taking it before bed. I’ve noticed she sleeps more soundly and wakes up more rested. No tummy issues at all. It is a bit more expensive than some brands, but the quality and results make it worth it. My kids won’t drink it. I’ve tried mixing it in juice & smoothies & they still taste it. It does have that strong vitamin taste, in juice I personally think it’s tolerable but the kids want nothing to do with it.
