Very good product, kids like the taste. Will update after a couple months when I see how well it works. (Yes, I have faith in MaryRuth products).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
MaryRuth’s Kids Nighttime Liquid Multimineral is a premium, thoughtfully‑crafted supplement combining essential minerals to support sleep and growth. Its smooth, flavorful liquid makes dosing easy, though the texture may not appeal to all kids (i didn’t have an issue with it).
Priced higher than average, it delivers clean ingredients and positive feedback for improved bedtime routines.
Sleep quality:
i haven’t quite yet noticed any difference in sleep quality.. but it does give me, as a mom, peace of mind to know my little angel is getting the vitamins and nutrients he needs supplementing.
It also tastes really good and my toddler likes it as a little sweet treat at the end of the day.

My 3 year old and 6 year old beg for this every night. The taste is amazing. And it helps them get ready for bed and stay asleep.
Adrianne –
Other reviewers are correct, it’s thick. My kids never made a big deal about it, we went in with no texture expectations. The flavor is fine, tastes like peaches and cream to us! I can’t say if it helps my 5 year old sleep because he sleeps like a brick anyway but I’m glad he’s getting the essential nutrients.

The Kids Liquid Nighttime Multimineral is easy to give since the liquid form is much better than gummies or tablets for my child. The flavor is mild and my kid doesn’t mind taking it before bed. I’ve noticed she sleeps more soundly and wakes up more rested. No tummy issues at all. It is a bit more expensive than some brands, but the quality and results make it worth it. I’d definitely recommend it to other parents looking for gentle nighttime support. Thick good size energy

I bought it for my daughter who’s always been a terrible sleeper and she doesn’t like the texture. Since it was open, I decided to use it. I like the flavor and it really knocks me out.

My kids won’t drink it. I’ve tried mixing it in juice & smoothies & they still taste it. It does have that strong vitamin taste, in juice I personally think it’s tolerable but the kids want nothing to do with it.

I’ve been giving my kids the MaryRuth Organics Liquid Nighttime Multimineral for a few weeks now, and we’ve noticed a real difference. Their sleep quality has improved, and they seem more relaxed at bedtime. It’s become a part of our nightly routine.
I really appreciate that it includes important nutrients like calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins D and C — all in one easy-to-take liquid. No more fighting over pills or gummies! The taste is pleasant (they actually like it), and I feel good knowing it’s sugar-free and made with clean ingredients.
It also supports bone health and immunity, which is a big plus for growing kids. I love that it’s made by MaryRuth — we’ve trusted this brand for a while now, and this product doesn’t disappoint.
Highly recommend for parents looking for a gentle, effective nighttime supplement!
