   This is a fascinating herbal formula that combines what should be some truly amazing supplements for blood and bone marrow support. The ingredient profile is impressive – Ji Xue Teng, Fo-Ti, Rehmannia, Astragalus, Dong Quai, Salvia, and Tangerine extracts represent centuries of traditional Chinese medicine wisdom specifically targeting blood generation and circulation support.

   I didn’t notice any immediate effects from taking this supplement, but honestly I didn’t expect to given the nature of these traditional herbs and their gradual, systemic approach to health support. Blood and bone marrow support isn’t something you typically feel dramatically – it’s more about long-term cellular health and foundational wellness that builds over time.

   The three capsules per day dosage is quite a bit, but considering the comprehensive nature of this formula and the specific health concerns it’s designed to address, there may really be something to this approach. Traditional Chinese medicine formulas often require higher doses and longer usage periods to achieve their intended effects, especially when dealing with blood deficiency or supporting recovery from treatments like radiation or chemotherapy.

   If this formula is as authentic and well-formulated as it appears to be, I have no reason to believe it can’t be effective. Health Concerns has a reputation for quality TCM formulations, and having a pre-formulated blend rather than trying to source and dose individual herbs makes this much more practical for daily use.

   The 90-capsule bottle providing 30 servings offers good value for what appears to be a complex, multi-herb formula. For anyone dealing with blood health concerns or seeking traditional support for bone marrow function and circulation, this represents a convenient way to access time-tested herbal wisdom in a modern supplement format.

   The concept of achieving meaningful health changes through the right ingredients in proper doses resonates with me, and this formula appears to deliver exactly that approach.

   Used as directed—3 pills per serving and 2 servings per day—this 90 pill bottle will last only 15 days. Tough to say if it’s been helpful, maybe! I just expected this supply to last longer for the price.

   I was excited to give this health concerns marrow plus supplement a try once I saw the ingredients included. Some of these ingredients include rehmannia, dong quai, tangerine peel extract, hawthorn, jujube, and lycium fruit, which all comprise a unique blend. It’s nice to see these ingredients included as extracts however, the ratio of these extracts is not specified. Also, the supplement comes in a proprietary blend, and, although it is a 1,950 mg proprietary blend, that still doesn’t clarify how much of each individual ingredient is included. While I appreciate that the supplement has a clear and legible label and everything was sealed for safety, I didn’t notice any information about quality standards or if the supplement contains any additives or fillers. This information is important to know, and unfortunately, it has been excluded, so I have to assume that the supplement is not GMP certified or made in the US. The capsules did not have any aftertaste and were easy to swallow. The capsules were also gentle on my stomach. I think the supplement is reasonably priced considering the blend of quality ingredients, although it is only a one month supply, so it will go fast.

   I have benefited in the past from practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine and the herbal supplements which are offered. I’m pleased to now use this supplement from a well established company with consistent high quality standards. This was a timely order, as I recently injured a hip while splitting logs; a formulation designed to promote blood circulation and joint health should be of help. The capsules are of standard size and have a fresh, mild herbal aroma.

   I did some research on each of the ingredients and found they help with the following…

   But first, I want you to know that I did experience Fo-Ti Root turning my hair dark again after it first started turning gray. It was not expensive either, so not having to color my hair in my mid 30s, was really nice. That lasted two or three years.

   Chinese Herbals Really Work
   Years ago I had a temporary crown that was either cheaply made or installed wrong and the new crown was delayed arriving, so I had a toothache for several weeks, and it was bad. I finally got acupuncture, which really helped, but they also gave me Chinese Herbal pain tablets. They were pretty small and tasted odd, but boy did they work. Years later I used them for a headache a couple times, and another kind of toothache, and they worked amazing even though they were past their expiration date!
