Please be aware of what Strontium Citrate is. I read some research and realized that it affects the BMD readings as a “false” increase in bone density. It actually takes the place of calcium in the bones and makes bones stronger but more brittle. So just do your due diligence before you decide this is right for you. I will be looking for a supplement that has all the ingredients that this one has without the Strontium Citrate. Hopefully this company will make one that doesn’t have it.

I use this for bone strengthening. Even with osteoporosis, my bone density scans remain good!

I like that they have a combination of nutrients, some of which I was taking separately before. A friend who has had osteoporosis for several years recommended them highly, so when I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia, decided I would try. I like that you can get these without added calcium, since I have some artery calcification and need a small dose of calcium.
