The toddler tower is well designed and made of high quality plywood. Assembly instructions are well written and easy to follow. Really like the ability to fold and store in tight space. We had to contact the seller, as the original unit received had a damaged part. The seller was very timely in responding to our issue and provided a replacement immediately, which solved our issue. The seller followed up a few days later to insure that everything was good.

DO NOT BUY POOR QUALITY
I bought this toddler tower for my 16-month-old, expecting a safe and sturdy product. Instead, I received a poorly made item with chipped wood, rough edges, and dangerous splinters straight out of the box. This is completely unacceptable for a children’s product.
The quality control seems nonexistent, as multiple pieces were damaged upon arrival. Not only does this make assembly frustrating, but it also poses a serious safety hazard for little hands. I would not trust my child to use this without extensive sanding and refinishing, which should not be necessary for a brand-new item.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a safer and better-made alternative. This product is not worth the risk.

This is a great product to purchase for a kid that wants to help in the kitchen. It helps them learn so much. It seems we’ll made. I did have an issue with one of the rods but they sent a replacement as soon as they could and it works great now.

Bought for my very active 15 month old. The anti feet are perfect so the sides do not tip. However it leans forward and tips over easily when she’s trying to get up. Also the locking knobs easily come out and she can move the bar.
I bought a bungee net to keep her from falling out, works great. Perfect for the parent trying to cook or do the dishes. This allows the child to be bear you and occupied.

This is a nice step ladder for kids. However, I do believe it is priced quite high. It was easy to put together, and after that it is very sturdy for big kids. They use it to grab and put dishes away. It is safe with the bar and steps. I like that it folds straight for easy storage when not in use. It has great function in the kitchen, garage, or bathroom.
