Excellent quality, excellent customer service. I have twin grand sons so we bought 2 bikes, one white and one blue. We chose 14″ size first but my grand sons were bigger, so we changed them for 16″ size. On the exchange we got approval right the way, they sent one returned label first, so I called customer service, she told me she will send the other label by email through Amazon and she will call me also. Well she did, very soft and gentle woman, very polite she called to let me know they have sent the second label. They use UPS for shipping so you can call to arrange for pick up or bring them to the UPS store. Very happy, and my grand sons too, they like every detail on the bikes, and the ride.

Bought the 14 inch for our 6 year old grandson and he loves it. We tried forever to get the brakes adjusted and finally took it to a bike shop for assistance and they fixed it for 15$ which was great! The other bike had no issues with the brakes – so I guess it was just a hit or miss. Otherwise everything was great

I’m really impressed with this bike! It’s sturdy, well-made, and feels very durable. Assembly was simple, and adjusting the seat and handlebars was easy too. It comes with training wheels, but we didn’t need to use them. It also comes with a basket and mudguards, but I didn’t install those. My son absolutely loves it and rides it every day.

This bike is very fun for the kids. This is a good Christmas present for the kids. It was easy to assemble and functions well. The size is for smaller children and the bike rides at a moderate pace.

One of the pedals dont screw in where they are supposed to go. Something is wrong with the bike itself. Not sure what to do at this point. Going to see if my husband can fix it, if not the bike won’t even be usable.

My 3 1/2 year-old grandson loves this bike! It’s so sturdy. You just can’t beat if for the price. It just brakes when you back pedal so that was his difficulty. But that’s a good thing!
