I ordered this for my recurrent back pain/sciatica. It quickly absorbs into the skin and is not greasy at all. The active ingredient is Arnica montana which helps with muscle pain and stiffness. Ever so often my pain comes back. This coupled with rest and stretches helps relieve my pain. I really like Boiron products and have bought some of their other products too. It is fragrance free so you don’t have to worry about any smells.

This is an excellent product that my whole family has used for years. It definitely works to ease soreness and swelling. The gel is a little sticky when first applied, but absorbs quickly. It has a cooling effect on the skin. It does not have a bad odor. Boiron makes excellent quality products.

I bruise awful. My age has ruined my arm skin so bad. I can bump something and left with bad bruises. I’m also on blood thinners. This stuff increases the heal time by a good 75% time. Within 2-3 days it’s either gone or near gone. Buy it. Highly recommend this amazing gel. You can use this after surgery on bruised areas too.

I’ve been using this product for a while now and am finally writing a review. This brand of arnica gel works really well. I’ve used it for back pain, neck pain, muscle aches, basically all kinds of aches and pains. It really relieves the pain and soreness quickly and the pain relief lasts for quite awhile. I also like that it’s a clear gel so it doesn’t stain anything and doesn’t have any kind of medicine odor.

I blew my back out last week. Constant pain and discomfort since it happened. I put this on and I feel relief in literal minutes. Because it is deep muscle/joint soreness, I do have to reapply multiple times throughout the day to help with the pain. But for a topical treatment, this is a fantastic pain relief!

I had a BBL and my legs (where most of the fat was harvested from) were horribly bruised and swollen. I started this (and this same brand’s arnica pills) on day 3 or 4 of my recovery, I’m now 2 weeks post-op and the bruising is barely there. I bruise bad and they can stay around for months so this is incredible…my husband was shocked since he knows how long I can stay bruised for. I’m still pretty swollen but that is improving fast with the addition of Bromelain (and other enzymes) and a Cleavers herbal tincture.
I don’t know if the gel or pills work better since I am using both, but they do work wonders together.
