Vary sturdy.mat is good. Would recommend putting something under the bar like how I put a yoga mat down to make it more sturdy because with out it when there is a lot of pressure it bar in the middle do bend a little.

I really like this gymnastics bar. It was super easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes. The little rings were fairly easy to put together too. It’s pretty sturdy too. All four of my kids were able to use it since the height is adjustable and it even held me at 5’4” and 200lbs without budging. And even though it’s made completely out of metal, the wood design makes it look like real wood and doesn’t look cheap at all. Overall super glad I purchased!

This was purchased for my daughter’s 4 th birthday. She is just starting out at gymnastics and lives to flip and pull up on her own. It was easy to assemble, durable and light enough to move around but sturdy. I put it together by myself an hour before her party without my husband’s helping . My ten year old son and his friends have equal amounts of fun on it too. It is easy to adjust the height for different sizes me a great value for the money. Would purchase again.

We truly could not be happier with this product, it is very solid, easy to put together, high-quality and very easy to adjust. We purchased this for our daughter’s fourth birthday. She absolutely loves it and our seven year-old son also plays on it. I was in gymnastics growing up And have also used it several times without an issue. I did purchase a thicker Matt and a pad that goes around the bar for doing flips, The pad that comes with the unit is a bit thin, but would be fine for children a little older. I highly recommend purchasing this gymnastics bar if you are looking for quality and safety, you won’t regret it!
